Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
claim of touching a child
I am being brought in for a polygraph on Monday and I need to know if they can make me take one without any charges being filed or without an attorney present?

You have no obligation to take a polygraph or to talk to anyone about the alleged charges. I would recommend against a polygraph since they can be unreliable. I would also recommend hiring counsel so you can refer the police and others to him or her for questions about your case.
