Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

class B Misdemeanor bond question

my daughter recieved a charge for not scanning an item at walmart under $100. she was not arrested but was told they would go back and make the warrant and that she could call on a certain day for bond ammount to do a walk thru. when the bondsman called them they had a warrant under her twin sisters name and not hers. her sister was not involved and her name was not even mentioned. can the whole thing be thrown out now? i have tried all week to resolve the issue. they dont seem concerned and even the bondsman doesnt know what he can do. thanks for any advice.

This is a very complicated question to answer by e-mail. If the Wal-mart was in Denton, Dallas, or Collin County, call me & set up a time to come in & talk to me about legal representation. 972.306.3330. KGTucker
