Re: Class B Misdemeanor First Time Offender
Hello there,
The punishment range for a class B misdemeanor is anywhere from zero days is jail up to one hundred and eighty days and up to a two thousand dollar fine.
If you do not have a felony conviction on your record you are a candidate for probation. You could be placed on probation up to two years.
Sincerely,
