Re: class a class b misdimeanor
Class A misdemeanor face confinement up to one year in county jail and a fine up to $4,000. Class b misdemeanor face confinement up to 6 months in county jail and fine up to $2,000. To determine if a crime is a misdemeanor or a felony, you need to look up the crime in the Texas Penal Code.
