Based on what you have written, generally any employer who does a criminal background check on you may discover that you were charged with an assault with bodily injury and use that information in a determination to hire or not hire you. You may want to consider talking with a law firm to assist you in with rectifying this legal issue. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for an initial consultation.
