Re: class c felony marajuana
Hello there,
Texas doesn't have anything called a class C Felony.
Texas Criminal Classifications start with misdemeanors C, B and A with A being the highest.
Texas Felony offenses start with a State Jail Felony and go up to a third degree, second degree and first degree.
Where you fall on the levels depends on the amount of marijuana.
There is not a class C misdemeanor in Texas for Marijuana like there is in California.
Sincerely,
