Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a class c misdeameaner assult on my record. It's the only charge I have in my whole life. This was due to my cheating x husband. Can you tell me how this will effect my record as far as employment. This charge is 5yrs old. Thank you.

It depends on how it was disposed... was it probation, dismissed, deferred adjudication etc?
