Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
class c missdemeanor
I had recently went to jail for road racing,and was charged for a class c missdemeanor,I havent ever been in trouble before,the last moving violation was when I was about 19 years old,I am currently 38,and drive tractor trailers for a living,I am scared that I will lose my class a liscence,and be out of a job.

You are very fortunate if you were only charged with a class C. Normally racing is a class B. This is not terribly different from any moving violation. If you ask for deferred adjudication, and complete it successfully, the citation will be dismissed.
