Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a Class A Misdemeanor back from when was 18. I did 18 months probation and deferred adjudication. Does that mean that I qualify for the petition for non-disclosure? How do I go about doing this and about how much does it cost?

As long as the case was one the qualifies for nondisclosure. Some cases, such as assault on a family member, do not qualify. Some cases require that you wait 2 years, too.
You can call a local lawyer and ask them what the attorney fee is and the filing fee. In harris county the filing fee is $240.00. You can probably find an attorney who will do it for $300 - $750.
