Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
With a class a misdemeanor can it be expunged or what can I do so I can.work for a school

Cases can only be expunged if they were dismissed or you were found not guilty. If you received deferred adjudication probation and were not revoked, depending on the offense, you may be able to petition the court for nondisclosure (also known as sealing the record.) Talk with a local lawyer about your eligibility.
