Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i have a class a misdemeanor it was a felony but was reduced to a class a . can i have this charge expunge. Here in Texas we have what is called Fresh Start in Texas. Can i get this out of my record. getting very hard trying to get a job!!!!!!!!!!

You cannot get it expunged, but you may have it made subject to an order of non-disclosure.
