Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Class A Misdemeanor
My husband got a class A misdemeanor back 05/2003 for family violence, served 1 yr probation, anger management, and was given deferred adjudification. It has now been 6 yrs. can this be expunged or sealed. He is having trouble getting a job, they told him after 7 yrs it would okay.

Re: Class A Misdemeanor
Your husband can get the record sealed through an Order of Nondisclosure 2 years after the date of dismissal.
