class a theft most likely conviction
I have to go to court for a class a misdemeanor of theft over 500 and under 1000 this is my first offense.i wanted to know if i will go back to jail and if it is better to plea no contest or guilty please help me.

Please do not enter a plea, without at least consulting with an attorney in your county. You might be surprised how many good lawyers are willing to work out a payment plan with you. This has lifelong consequences to you that far outweigh the attorney fees. Pleading guilty (or no contest which is practically speaking, the same thing), without knowing the consequences is a terrible mistake.
