Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How to clear my name
Foster mom charged and convicted of negigent homicide in death of foster baby because followed doc's care instructions. No priors. Ineffective counsel was reason for convicition.Competed 5 yr probation. How can I still clear my name? Innocence Project supposed to be handling, nothing so far. What are my options? ProBono possible? Time Limit?What should my next step be?

If you plead guilty and received probation then it is on your record for life.
