File an action to expunge your record. Would need more info todetermine if you can file it and whether it might be granted.

If you successfully completed your deferred adjudication probation, you were not convicted and cannot have your record expunged. You can however, file a petition with the convicting court for non disclosure of a criminal record. The difference between this and expunction is that your record will not be completely erased. The courts, law enforcement, and about 20 designated state agencies and other employers will be able to discover your criminal record. Otherwise, the arrest, charge and disposition will not be available to those searching your criminal record.

If your probation was revoked, and you were convicted, you would have to have get a pardon from the governor's office of pardons and paroles for your conviction to be eligible to be expunged.

In any event, you should see an attorney in your area to help with this.
