Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What happens if the Clerk of the District Court does not include in the file the Return Receipt of the Agencies being notified of a Petition for Expunction, therefore getting the Order of Expunction Denied. What would be the next step, or other options of the Petitioner. Thank you in advance for all answers.

Hire a lawyer to help you. You will probably have to refile the suit and include the old suit to be expunged, too. (Don't understand why the case went to hearing if there was no proof of service unless you did not look before the hearing. There should have been answers on file. These, and other kinds of problems, are why people hire lawyers to make sure things are done properly.)
