i recived a letter in the mail saying this '' due to a clerical error... please note the the ameded deferrred disposition form.''

You don't provide enough information. Did you recently have a criminal charge against you? A traffic citation? Deferred disposition is when the court orders you to community supervsion and/or get no citations within a certain period of time in order to get a charge dismissed.
