CO2 Pistol Legality-Bought from Academy
Is it legal to fire a CO2 pistol bought from Academy in a suburban backyard? I want to shoot targets without getting into trouble with the law.
And would it be better to shoot inside my garage?

Hello there,
Contact your local Sheriff or Police Department and ask them if there are any City ordinances against you shooting a bb gun in the city limits.
Since it is not a firearm you cannot be charged with firing a weapon in within City limits.
