I've complete my 10 yr probation period for a possesion charge. I received deferred adjudication. Can I take of my record?

You would likely be eligible for what is called a petition for non-disclosure. While it does not remove the offense from your record, it does "seal" it from most private entities. So employers, apartment complexes, and such would not be able to see it.
