Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have completed a deferred probation, six years ago. It was supposed to be expunged from my record, but has not. It appears as a deferred conviction. I want it removed from my record, can it be done and how

Not only are deferred adjudications not automatically expunged, they can never be expunged (unless deferred is for a class c misdemeanor).
You may be eligible to file a petition for non-disclosure, which would basically seal your record from most private entities. This option is not available for all offenses. You should consult with a local attorney to discuss the specifics of your case and determine your eligibility.
