Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
constitutionality of tx. s.i.s.p. program
I am on parole in tx. for a 1989 U.U.M.V. conviction. In Sept.1997 Tx. started a super intensive supervision program.I was placed on this program when released on mandatory supervision on 8-25-2000.I would think this would be an EXPOST FACTO violation, considering all my convictions occured before the effected date of this leg. act?
