my son is being investagated for sexual assualt he is 10 yr. old the girl is 15 yrs. old. the assualt happen in my house while i was home can i be charged with any crime even though i had no knowledge of the assualt?

That would depend upon the circumstances that the girl is alleging. You and your son should not be discussing this situation with anyone, including the police, without legal representation. Please discuss the case only with your attorney.
