Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have been convicted of Agg Robb and spent 4 years in a Texas prison. Can I have my criminal record sealed, expunged or get an order of non-disclosure?

Nope. No relief for a final conviction. Expunction is for cases that were dismissed or got a not guilty after a trial and nondisclosure is for successfully completed deferred adjudication probations.

There is one exception and that is if you can get a pardon from the governor. Those are extremely hard to get.
