Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was convicted in 1982 for Burglary w/intent to commit rape. I was placed on sisp program for one year. It has now been extended one more year. I have not received any infractions of any type nor been to jail. how does the expo-vacto law fit into this

You have not provided enough details to understand what you are talking about. Did you get parole and violate. Why have you been placed in a special program? Did you agree to it in order to avoid a parole revocation? Too many questions.
