Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was convicted in 2006 for a charge against a minor. I was given probation and violated, went to prison for 4 years and now I am finally released. My question is there was a man involved in my case that had access to the alleged victim, is now charged with the same charge that I was. How can I go about getting my case looked at so that I can stop being a registered sex offender?
