Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was convicted of two Class A misdemeanors in 2009. I was sentenced to 250 days for each Family Violence offenses. Am I eligible for non-disclosure?

No. Both of these offenses are final convictions that will be on your record for the rest of your life. To get a case sealed, you must have successfully completed deferred adjudication probation. However, you can never seal a deferred for Assault - Family Violence.
