Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was convicted of two Class A misdemeanors in 2009. I was sentenced to 250 days for each Family Violence offenses. Am I eligible for expunction?

No. Expunctions are for cases which are dismissed or where a defendant is found not guilty.
