Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Convicted Criminal Innocent
My husband was arrested and convicted of 2 felonies involving indecency with a minor, and i would like to find a way to help prove that he did not do it. I need information on how to help him get exonerated of these crimes that I know he did not commit. Any information you could provide would be helpful.

Re: Convicted Criminal Innocent
He needs an experienced criminal defense lawyer. If he pled to the charges -- the likelihood of an appeal is minimal. If he went to trial and lost, then there are time deadlines to meet in order to file the appeal.
