I am a convicted felon in court reporting school. Can I become state certified with the felonies on my record? If not what do I need to do to get my record sealed or expunged?

It is unlikely you can be licensed. It will mainly depend on the type of felony and time since you completed your sentence. You will need to discuss expungement with an attorney. Just know that you may still be required to report the conviction on your application even if expunged.
