can you be convicted of possesion if your purse goes missing for 2 weeks and the a officer finds it and says there were drugs in it?

It depends on what you mean by "goes missing". If the purse was stolen or lost and found away from your premises, it would be difficult to prove that you intentionally and knowing possessed the drugs.
