Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
convicted of sex crime
My cousin in Michigan was just sentenced 12-21 yrs. for having sexual relations with his step daughter (consetaul). My question is since he lived here in Texas can he do his time her insread of Michigan? Most Sincerely ,Teresa Lynn

This is a state crime, and since charged and convicted and sentenced in Michigan; he will serve his time in a Michigan facility.
