Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hello,
I was convicted in 2007, did state jail time 8months, my question is how am I able to get this remove off my record? Is there a such amount of money I could pay to ge this remove or what. I have learn from my mistake, but its so hard in trying to move forward do I have any opitions? the crime was convicted in thh state of TEXAS.

Unfortunately you do not qualify for an expunction because you were convicted nor nondisclosure because you got time and not deferred adjudication probaiton. Sorry.

Your only real option would be to seek a pardon from the governor. After getting a pardon your record could be expunged. The odds of getting a pardon, however, are very low.
