Would a conviction for ASLT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMP BRTH/CIRC disqualify you from obtaining US citizenship?

This offense sounds like it may qualify as an aggravated felony under immigration law.

Conviction of an Aggravated Felony renders any non-citizen who is here lawfully deportable. Any criminal activity could render a non citizen as inadmissible.
