Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

conviction

in this case of agg robbery, 3 actors but only one charged because he confessed to the role he played. the other 2 who supplied the gun that the confessor had possession of, and the car that was used in this act that ultimately led to the arrest because of the reported lic. plate.... only 1 out of the 3 was arrested and sentenced... is there any recourse or relief that can be sought for the one who confessed who also had been diagnosed with PTSD and was on perscribed medications at the time he confessed ?

Re: conviction

most likely not if he has already been convicted. Those are all good issues to work with prior to conviction to try and mitigate the defendant's criminal liability.
