Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
is it possible to get a conviction date changed on 3 misdemeanor charges in texas to an earlier date. I have a job opportunity and need a few things from my past to to bassically be changed to a convivtion date of 7+ years ago (which all of the charges are originally older than that but it took 6 years to dispose of one of them) so is there anyway to get those convictions dated back to the original charge date instead of 6 + years after the charge)

No. The date is the date and it cannot be changed.
