Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
conviction without any kind of tests
i refused both test ,but they found 4 open beers & 4 closed ones as well. my car was being drove by one of my cousins h took off after he hit apost on the way home .he was never found . i was found behind a stall car tring to move it out of traffic also the cousin that was drivin will not come in to help in my behalf .do you think that if i took it to trial would i have a chance?

How good is your lawyer? How many witnesses saw you pushing the stalled car, and not driving? How many witnesses saw your cousin driving the car?
