The short answer: you can't.
The long answer: if you received deferred adjudication probation and successfully completed it, then you may be eligible to seal that record from the public. If you received a regular probation or did jail/prison time, then this is a final conviction on your record for the rest of your life. You could apply for a pardon (and then get the arrest/conviction records expunged), but those are fairly difficult to get.
