Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
a cop arrested me for possession, took my anxiety medication as evidence, and when I took my prescription to the jail and asked for it back it was nowhere in the evidence. Can a cop take my medication and never turn it in?

Start by writing a letter to the chief of police. Consider following up by suing him for conversion.
