Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
need help
cops are trying to involve me in a bargulary .thay think i lying , said thay had a parchal plate that come up as mine. thay intered my home without a sarch warent took a truck with a warent.said i sold something that unless i can prove it was mine i will be arested and charged .i had nothing to do with it

Get a lawyer. The searches might be invalid and a lawyer may be able to stop this before it gets to the point of arrest. Maybe not.
