Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

how would I go about finding an attorney to sue the county and police for a matter involving abuses of my person within the Texas Houston, Harris County area, as I have been sought wrongfully and I am indeed an innocent person. My brother was arrested on a Felony Child molestation charge, and the State was asking that I pay the child support for two children however he appears to be one of the people directly involved with the producing of those children in a way that is subsubstantial, however may be considered completely substantial with three other individuals from my family including the first one of the ex husband who appears to be directly involved with the producing of that child within the bonds of matrimony of her exhusband and her. I want to know the position of the attorney responsible for such matters.
