Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
As a cosigner of a person for a bail bond what happens to the bond if the person goes to jail again and needs another bond what happens to the first bond, do we have to go to the same bonds man

You do not have to use the same bondsman, but the first bondsman may file to get off the first bond out of concern that the person will appear in the future.
If the defendant remains in jail, the first bond needs to be turned in or the defendant is not getting credit for the time he is sitting in jail while on the bond.
