right to have counsel present on questioning
Law enforcement want to question my son in a pending assault case. Does he have the right to have an attorney present with him at questioning? And, can he postpone questioning until his attorney is available?

Re: right to have counsel present on questioning
Do not go to the meeting and talk to the officer. Let me repeat, do not talk to the officer. You have no obligation to do. Call a lawyer to discuss your options. Give us a call to discuss.
