Court appointed attorney
I have a court appointed attorney In longview Texas for a criminal case (feloni). I am wanting to move to Dallas Texas. I have been out on bond for a year now and have paid the full payment for the court appointed attorney, am I able to move to Dallas texas.

Discuss this with your attorney. Generally, moving outside the jurisdiction of the court will require the permission of the bondsman and the court.
