how long could i post pone my court date if i am not satisfied with the prosecution plea bargin

Every court and every prosecutor is different. One court will give one reset for 6 months down the road -- but will require a trial setting or plea at that point. Another will keep resetting every 30 days forever. Another will give 3 30-day resets. You need to have a lawyer. Resetting alone does not improve the plea offer. Negotiation does.
