I am going to court for possession of marijuana >2OZ, and I was wondering what my best option to plead and can I get it off my record?

The fist step is to find out whether you will be eligible to have your record expunged or sealed. An expunction is much better. I have prepped an eligibility you can use for free. I even have the forms to file for expunction or nondisclosure. I have the forms on my website for free. Law Guru won't let me drop a link so you will need to do a little cut and paste. :-)
