Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I want to get a court room transcript of my case from the begining to the sentencing phase but I keep getting turned down, is this public info. can't I pay copying fees and get this information.

Have you made an Open Records request?
Write a letter to the clerk of the court - mention in your letter that this is a Texas Open Records Act request - ask for copies of everything that's in the file.
They'll write back to you and request payment for the copies.
