What can I do if the courts dont honor a plea bargin?
I know I can withdraw my plea but can I sue for breach of contract or anything else?

Whether a judge has to to honor a plea bargain or not depends on what the plea bargain says about that. One kind of plea bargain requires that the defendant be allowed to withdraw his plea if the court rejects it. Another kind does not allow the defendant to withdraw his plea if the court rejects it and imposes another sentence. And you cannot always withdraw your plea; you have to look at what the plea bargain says. Some allow that and some don't.
