Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If my cousin has Aids and we go to a club together and she decides to leave with a guy can i get in trouble for not telling the guy she is leaving with that she has Aids? She sleeps around a lot and never tells anyone could I be at fault for not saying anything also?
