Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Is there any credibility now?

In a nut shell a company I worked for from out of state and made a bunch of money for them. Our largest compeditor tries to hire me , my company shows up tries to force me to sign a 9yr agreement or they say they will prosecute for 39000 embezzlement. They say perdiem was issued for jobs that didnt exsist. They paid 300000 a year under the table to there hands in cash and as fake perdiem, I turned them in to the IRS and since hired a Forensic Accountant. 8 people have turned them in to the IRS and the DA is fixing to find out about there fraudulent ways. Is there any case left being as they have to prove in there books there was a loss which there wasnt
