Credit Card Abuse
Stole credit card made purchase for under $100 & stolen cash ($170). No priors. I live in Texas. What charges am I looking at & whats the best way to go about this?

If charged as credit card abuse, then it is a state jail felony. It is extremely important that you not discuss this case with anyone except your lawyer. If you don't have one, get one immediately. Many will work with you on a payment plan.
